It sounds simple but you need to let your mind have the space to think about the +3 and -3 in your life.  This rule is constantly at the back of my mind so they are popping to the front to deal with, but you need to have it at the back of your mind so that you can do that.

You also need to have time-out to allow it to pop to the front, so you can deal with it. As Robert Gerrish said at a talk I went to: where did you have your last idea? I bet your answer wasn&#039;t at your desk, and it never has been. It was a walk, in the shower, or any number of other places. You have to give yourself that, no matter how busy you are.
