Momentum – A program of professional development
Think about a change you have been wanting to make.
Now, think about all of the things you do that undermine your own change progress.
This is your personal dynamic equilibrium…your ‘immunity to change’.
By understanding why we as humans are ‘immune’ to changing, we learn a way to overcome that immunity.
Professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lehey are Harvard academics. They have spent their lives researching the concepts of adult learning and how to apply them to professional development.
This program— Momentum —is based on their work. It will help you change the way you think about change in yourself and others.
Momentum is ideal for participants who…
…possess a genuine interest in personal development and change
…are curious about themselves and others
…are willing to commit to a series of 3 workshops
This program is based on Kegan and Lehey’s ‘Seven languages of transformation’.
