Two Heads Business Advisory Board
Trying to grow your business? In his seminal work, The E-Myth, Michael Gerber observes that growth requires you to
play multiple roles at once – the entrepreneur, the manager and the technician. But, it’s hard to be strong in all three areas at the same time without losing focus on the big picture or the attention to detail.
In partnership with Numberz Financial Management, Handspring is pleased to offer Two Heads Advisory Board Services. If your goal is to grow, then why go it alone? Our ready-made services are affordable and will get you to your goals faster. We offer a suite of services perfect for owners of young or small businesses who recognise that they need to spend time working on their business as well as in it.
- Tools and metrics to help you manage the tactical aspects of your business and progress against your goals
- Monthly strategic meetings – the most important (and interesting) activity in growing your business. We review operations, sales pipeline, marketing campaigns, cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet performance.
- Quarterly holistic reviews of the business landscape, personnel, strategy and goals
- Initial and annual audit of your existing business growth, goals, tools and processes
- Phone support as needed
- Two more heads working on problem solving and planning in your business
Isn’t it time your business benefited from the reflection that comes from an independent and external view?
